Story/Synopsis/Concept
Repackaging originally from the original pilot story, This updated story version had the same themes and concept except more mature, different character takes and less lively than what's portrayed on the original pilot manga., An unknown secret organization began surfacing since many years after the whole international world had extremely collapse from the wars between nations and severing their ties to a point where every nations had to rely on self-reliance or in desperate aid from the secret undercover vigilante and private military group known as "The GLOWVE".
Still set in a semi-dystopia where most of the governments of the world has greatly weakened and with violence, crimes and terrorism escalating around the corner, New enemies has risen where they've became more powerful than what the four great nations could imagine. With moralities being deteriorated on a worst scale, it's now up to the secret undercover organization to restore and recover what's all left behind to preserved humanity, the culture and all the civilizations that were used to be nourished before the events of the 3rd Great War has caused and take it's toll.
These concepts however are rather executed under a videogaming plot than a cinematic/anime story telling.

inside the secret organization known as the "GLOWVE" working under a private regional vigilante group. He is one of their strongest secret fighting agent and is known to be silent at all times and deadly in the face of danger, all thanks to his hidden powerful ability with the "Blue Flames"
The lead team under LANDZH VANLION's department considers him to be their most valuable asset and would even take greater risk to accept dangerous missions that even a group of people couldn't handle under most difficult conditions.
Unbeknownst to everybody, KYOUSUKE BURNINGFIELD is not his real name though there are a few individuals like Nanami, Landzh and the flower girl whom he rescued during the Temple Incident who secretly knew his own whereabouts especially becoming close with the flower girl whom he trained later as their new apprentice just almost becoming as powerful as him and his "Azure Flame" abilities.

An Orphan girl used to live a normal life on her hometown from South Korea, trying all her best to help her foster family ease their daily struggles from work, taking care of their children and their education while working as a part-time K-Pop celebrity to gamble her way out of the extravagant school life and paying her families property. That's until the day of her wedding day her hometown was bombarded under crossfire by a war between the terrorist group she soon loathes personally as time went by.
Being only found as the only survivor as she laid low to a safe monastery temple somewhere in the mountainous region China as a refugee by the monks, the agent was able to caught her attention during a mission to retrieve a Shaolin Temple Scroll were he stumbles her alive, heavily bruises especially on her already severed feet as the agent wonders to her restless struggles she went though as he sees how traumatize she was.
With no one else to turn to because of many personal issues she dwelt into her lifetime she eventually joined CODE-18 as one of their new recruited undercover fighters/mercenaries through self-determination as she hopes to recover all from the loses she's been through as a new person.
Initially she dyed her hair orange and wears a specialize contact lenses to disguise herself based from an existing defunct "VTUBER", masking her own life from media experience though she does retain her celebrity persona a bit when she was at her peak. As time progresses she become just as powerful as CODE-18 and later even the agent considers the now present, cheerful demeanor and lively girl as his sparring partner all thanks to her new gained abilities that were fully stored within her two feet, where the soles require to acquire mostly earthly energy surroundings (a form of Chi) needed for her daily combat & mission routines and other recreational activities especially.
Is is said that she is still had a fragile mind despite showing her new cheerful demeanor around due to all the trauma she had suffered life time during her time with the media, and her hometown's destruction

Living in the slums of BRAZIL along with his only aunt, his siblings and the rest of his neighbors, Myles Daxell is just your typical loud mouth who shows a keen to hop/hop and break dancing while somewhat popular on his residential area along with a group of friends where they together share a lively moments around. Showing a keen interest in world events and cultural festivals, he strives to make money from improving his dancing skills, work (in which he often slacks off around) and hopefully one day to find his dedication back to finish his major studies despite finding many troubles around the neighborhood.
Til one day and the following dreadful days, one of the leading Brazilian gang-leader terrorized his friend's turf and even kidnapping every neighbor's girl to send a chilling message to the local area if one of their conditions weren't met, operating like a cartel gang would do to their rivaling enemies. With his prowess and self-taught fighting skills he tried to intervene under his fullest anger for harming his beloved friends that eventually went missing as days goes by. He defeated the gang-leader hoping to seek valuable answers but at the cost of injuring one of the foreigner's legs he rescued during the fight between the gang-leader. Guilty from what just happened especially to the foreign Asian girl that had a crush on Daxell, he nether the less set his foot and journeyed himself to become a better fighter determined to become a better man in front of his neighbors and to fixed the problem of his own country so he could prove himself from the blunder her couldn't see coming til he met CODE-18 by fate when one of the gang leader's friends wanted revenge on the hip-hop fighter.
Surprised by the might of Code-18, defeating the leader without a sweat, he was inspired by his combat abilities and wanted to be just like him. But little did he know he was under surveillance by CODE-18's secret vigilante group due to his past-actions involving with the previous Gang-Leader he defeated once. Eventually Daxell tried his way out to joined the secret group, much to CODE-18's dismay who wasn't that fond of his fighting skills and see's him more as a nuisance. To seek more answers about what's going on lately outside BRAZIL and the entire world since many years after the Great War, Myles must loosened up himself and be ready to trained under the group's extremities and to his surprised, his enrollment as an apprenticeship will not be under CODE-18's charge but to a lively pretty looking Asian teen girl with an orange dyed head, who happens to be CODE-18's last apprentice trainee where he rescued her a year prior to the present day events.
He is a very fan of the Legendary Bruce Lee, since he has no choice but to learn how to fight when trouble is up ahead (**due to the present atmosphere of criminals and terrorism escalating around the corner) in which he finds passion about as long as he's able protect those who are dear to him.

Sora is an average Asian and American teenage immigrant, whose young youth is very devoted to pursuing to become like her own father, who happens to be a honorable police officer and a cousin of her Karate- Instructor that died during a Gang-Operation under the San-Diego area. And despite knowing how much of a submissive girl she is, she forces herself to stay strong no matter how afraid she is.
Eventually serving as a "volunteeree" of the San-Diego Police Department and now an interpol-officer, she is shown to show at least a form of courage even at the most chaotic surroundings that she would nether the less fight at her fullest despite under the verge of tears in present of her enemies that she felt through personally on the her days she felt bullying by her peers during her younger days as a high schooler and the elementary. Luckily for she, she was be able to chase and cope up her weaknesses since her father was an OKINAWAN KARATE prodegee, disciplining herself whenever she finds time to sharpen up herself in every upcoming midst of the world's chaos.
One day, she volunteered herself to infiltrate the High-Drive Gang where most of their criminal activities occur in the New Angeles Area above San Diego. Not knowing the upcoming dangers of the task, she wouldn't expect she would come face to face with Code-18's group and his own team of mercenaries doing the task on behalf of the city as well. The police department were very surprised, awed in disbelief of what they can do even under against enemy odds on which every individual mercenary in the GLOWVE GROUP are capable of taking out group of enemies with by themselves alone through the performance of their gifted abilities in the battlefield. While they all wonder how could such a group of individuals are capable of doing such incredible feats compare to the legends of other heroes back in the days, including the said Legendary Bruce Lee and Miyamoto Musashi, who equate themselves on defeating a horde of enemies in the past: This didn't stop Sora for acting in duty as a police officer in the following days, however for she know even a citizen are in still in need of aid and security from a trusted government's agency to protect the lives of other people as such as proven from her total performance as an officer infiltrating the High-Drive Gang, on which her final task resulted herself severely wounded by the Gang-Leader, Highdegaer until CODE-18 saved her from the glimpse of death by the strong enemy to live for another day.
Two weeks from since the incident, she wouldn't expect herself and a few people in the Police Department, including her own superiors to get a special international offer by the International World Interpol, currently lead both by U.S and a Euro Region department, assigned to assist the Secret Mercenary group -GLOWVE on their following espionage missions. Determined to become stronger despite how obvious how her own most human limited skills aren't very in parred with the mysterious man with the silver jacket and other gifted individuals inside the secret organization, where they can performed superhuman feats, she nether the less accepts the offer to join the special task force under the same department where CODE-18 is tie in working with the unknown organization, even winning LANDZH VANLION's impression for seeing her own will and determination for the cause she is fighting for.

Nothing is much very known about NANAMI besides her being Kyousuke's data mission partner and analyst and assisting him in every operating missions given (and perhaps Kyousuke's closest friends around). She is one of the fewest people who secretly very knew Kyousuke's real identity and is shown to mingle on him even on confidential matters.
It is also known that she easily gets her nose red during the time of winter days. It is also said that she and the new recruited flower girl get along easily.
Nothing is much very known about this old man besides the possible antagonist pulling down the strings during the occurances of the 3rd Great War. Most of the world's leader just dubbed him the World's Scientist Emperor and was linked for distributing one of the world's most illegal resources to mankind in a form of occultism. After the 3rd Great War had ended, his current whereabouts was left into ambiguity or mostly listed as "missing in action" or "dead" by the four big governments until they find a proof of his current whereabouts.
When Sora and Daxell was asked to retrieve one of the documents in the office of Sheryl, one of the folders accidentally slipped through as it nearly fell to the ground as he catches it. As they tried to read a few glances at the hidden documents when the papers are written in an unfamiliar written language to the two of them as Sora speculate it's a scroll written in MANDARIN, NANAMI caught them both for strictly for browsing forbidden documents but was forgiven quickly upon leaving the room with the task on their hands.
It appears only a few figures knew who this man is lurking in the shadows besides LANDZH, his most trusted subordinates, CODE-18, NANAMI and the Flower Girl and speaking his crimes alone is enough to brings shivers as unearthed by the GLOWVE organization.

The wrestler's normal casual luxurious and family man life came to an abrupt end Somewhere at the time he was accused of a crime he didn't commit, an alleged involvement in a bar brawl fight and framed from popularity after losing a streak on a match he got cheated on and was sent into a psychiatric hospital where experiments are committed without his own consent after a break down from all the troubles the big man received. Little did he know, the hometown he once called home was destroyed on a fallout from a terrorist attack by a "wilderness looking terrorist group" while he was away from home.
Desperate for answers after being put into a cyro-sleep for 4 months, he tried to break through from being experimented by a group of scientists he never seen before. Strap naked from the moment he got awoke, he fought his way through up until the leader's lair, defeated him and took his clothes as his own trophy, breaking loose to escape hell from his captors and wishes to see his family once more.
Myles Daxell used to be a big fan of him when he was 12 up until his initial reported disappearance, days after the decision of the Court Ruling that sentence him into the psychiatric hospital. During Daxell's prolong stay with the GLOWVE group however, had his chances for seeing "the man he once idolized" increased during a desert mission in ARIZONA, with Sora Hatsumi. And by the time the two and their group of INTERPOOL troops met contact with the now more powerful than ever wrestler, they gathered information about his where abouts.
The only thing the man remembers was before the moments he could lose his conscience, was seeing a priest and an unfamiliar group that go after them and his lawyers.
